The ME-gan Lifestyle, as it relates to ‘today’s’ lifestyle:
Today’s lifestyle has introduced many diseases to the world that are directly related to our current style of eating and drinking. Whether people realize it or not and whether they believe it or not, doesn’t change the fact that it’s true. In order for change to happen, in order for us to overcome all these symptoms, illnesses and diseases, we must take control of our lives by getting back to the basics of health & healing.

As brought forth in The Book Of Daniel, “The Food Test” describes how Daniel chose to eat vegetables and water. Go ahead and read it; it’s an Amazing story… Daniel 1, it’s all there! Who would have thought?
Hippocrates, the recognized founder of modern medicine and also well known for his profound quotes once said,
“Let food be your medicine and medicine your food.”
I can’t help but think how sad it is that some people don’t believe in the healing power of food. It’s no new concept, and has been proven over and over.
The ME-gan Lifestyle is not just another book, and it’s not another ‘diet.’ It’s a lifestyle that has been proven from as early as biblical times.

It’s no mystery to me why there are overflowing cases of obesity, diabetes, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, depression, ADHD, crohn’s, cancer, etc. Evidence shows that people think they are eating a good diet! The sad but true fact is they are not. Others of us know the truth but simply do not put it into play.
So why do people eat food that makes them sick, tired, depressed and creates an overall poor quality of life for them? This is not easy to answer, and is why I discuss in my book the importance of taking control and breaking these habits through faith, prayer and commitment. A diet does not resolve any issue; it’s a lifestyle change – both mental and physical that does.
It is also imperative for those of us who are in charge of a child or children, to teach them from a young age the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Of course, it’s never too late to begin.
