Just a quick ‘note’ to let you know that this meal was fantastic! If you like chili, then you’ll love this! I made it ME-gan style!! I had to alter the recipe, as in most cases, omitting dairy products and so on, and changed out a few other ingredients as well! I made the dumplings Italian Style and traded in the cilantro for basil and rosemary! Yep…I made it my own, and now call it ME-gan Chili!! In other words – very healthy!! I ate a bowl of it this morning for breakfast too!
