Organic is the way to go!  And that’s a big ‘O’ I might add!!!  Have you tried local organic fruits, veggies, and other foods?  If not, do yourself a big ‘O’ favor and try some this weekend!  Organic brings so much more flavor to your palate!  You’ll taste the difference immediately, whether it be as simple as a cucumber, or a banana!  Taste and see the GOODNESS of the Lord AND Mother Nature!

Tonight, Lee and I made black bean burgers, for the very first time!  Using, of course, all organic products.  Now, please understand, we never follow recipes!  We just come up with our own thing and get to work!  They are what we love to call “Masterpieces”.  Eating gluten free vegan is simply inexpressible at times.

Ok, so back to tonight’s dinner!  “Burgers?” you ask.  Take a look at the pictures below and you’ll clearly see how ‘our’ burger is unlike any burger you’ve seen OR tasted!  I wish we could transfer aromas and tastes to the blog!

Lee and I like exploring and trying new dishes whenever we can!  And then we ‘name’ them to our own unique fancy!  We shop together and cook together!  We do everything together…. that’s what being in love brings to us!

We could have stopped after one, but it was so DE-LISH, we both had to have just one more!  I give you several angles to salivate over!  The homemade guacamole was outrageous!

Avocado is considered the world’s healthiest fruit because of its high nutrient content including dietary fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, and copper.  They also contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that has been known to lower cholesterol. Folate(or folic acid), is a nutrient important in heart health. Both potassium and folate have been shown to improve heart health and in so doing, reduce the risk of brain diseases, like Alzheimer’s and dementia.
See, eating, gluten free vegan really does have benefits!  It’s not just beautiful and delicious!!   Get the big “O” going on in your kitchen!
