For us GF Vegans, you hear me when I say we love to exercise our means of getting protein, and oh… are there some DE-LISH ways other than ANIMAL CARCASS!  More on ‘protein’ to come. But for now, let’s talk “late night snacky-poo” shall we? Just another way of getting some protein, and LOTS of satisfaction, there is nothing like a “loving spoonful” of Peanut Butter! To get even MORE exciting on the matter, you can change it up… try them all:  Almond butter, Cashew butter… and more! Here is one of MY FAVORITES…I think I’ll go grab a spoonful now!

Reap the benefits, enjoy the texture and savor the flavor!  Just don’t try to talk after you’ve taken a bite!
