I have been living the ME-gan Lifestyle and practicing Weight Watchers for the past 30 days. It’s been a success if you ask me. I’ve lost 10 lbs, and am more aware of the quantity of food that I should be consuming on a daily basis. I’ve learned that too much of even the good stuff can add weight to us.

We can be gluttonous with garden fresh veggies and fruits too!

Challenging yourself in a way that will allow you to improve your current state of well-being is a wise thing to do. Avoid getting stuck in a rut, and get on the continual road to self-improvement; it’s never-ending.
